A small firm where your name is on the work.
We hire rarely and deliberately. You own whole deliverables rather than sections of documents signed by someone else, you meet the client, and you are present when the regulator asks the difficult question.
What this is, and what it is not
A plain account of working in a firm this size.
What you get
The reasons people join a firm this size.
- OwnershipWhole deliverables with your name on them, not fragments
- RangeCloud, OT, MES, AI and the regulatory side of all of them
- AccessYou sit with the partners, and with the client, from the start
- Real stakesWork that is defended in front of an inspector, which is how you learn fast
What you should know
The parts we would rather you hear now.
- No safety netA small team leaves less margin when something slips
- TravelClient sites across Europe; some phases are on site, not remote
- DocumentationA large share of the job is precise writing. If that drains you, it is the wrong fit.
- We hire slowlyExpect a substantive technical conversation
Where we are looking
We keep these open even when there is no vacancy: if the right person appears, we make room.
CSV & Data Integrity Consultant
Three or more years in GxP validation, comfortable reading an architecture diagram as well as an SOP. You will run your own systems within a year.
- GAMP 5, Annex 11 and Part 11 in practice, not only in training
- Written English and Italian; German or French an advantage
- Swiss or EU work authorisation
Automation & Cloud Engineer
From the technology side: MES, SCADA, PLC, Azure, AWS, containers or ML pipelines. You will learn the regulatory half from us; deep engineering experience is harder to acquire later.
- Hands-on delivery experience
- Curiosity about why regulation exists
- Swiss or EU work authorisation
Senior independent associates
Experienced freelancers we bring onto named mandates. You keep your independence; we bring scope, contract and payment terms that do not depend on when the client pays us.
- Ten or more years, one deep speciality
- Named in the proposal
- Based anywhere we deliver: CH, DK, IE, IT, DE, USA
Speculative applications
If none of the above fits, write anyway. Two of the best conversations we have had started this way.
- Tell us one problem you solved that you are still proud of
- Skip the cover letter template; we read the substance
- We reply either way
A conversation, then a piece of real work
You write. We reply. If it looks promising we talk properly — usually with both partners, about an actual problem rather than brainteasers. If that goes well we will ask you to spend a little time on something realistic, and we pay you for it, because asking for unpaid work is not how we would want to be treated. Then we talk about terms openly, including what we can and cannot match.
Write to us properly, and we will read it properly.
One page is enough: what you do, where you are, and one problem you solved that you still think about. That tells us more than any CV format.
