Partnerships

A senior core has depth. A network gives it reach.

A mandate frequently needs validation, automation, cloud and a person on site in another country at the same time. We maintain a partner network so that scope of that shape can be covered without either side overstating what it holds in house.

Four ways to work together

Pick the one that matches what you have

Each has its own contract shape. We will tell you on the first call which one your situation is.

01

Joint delivery

A mandate too large or too broad for either of us alone. One of us contracts with the client and carries commercial responsibility; both deliver against a scope split agreed before the proposal goes out.

  • Large programmes
  • Multi-site
02

Speciality subcontracting

You hold the client and need a discipline you do not cover — validation, data integrity, IEC 62443, cloud qualification. We work under your name or ours, whichever the client relationship requires.

  • Both directions
  • White label
03

Local presence

A client needs someone on site in a country where the other has none. Travel cost and language barriers are removed; the standard of the deliverable does not change.

  • EU & US
  • On site
04

Technology alliances

Software vendors and integrators whose product lands in a GxP environment and needs a qualification path their customers can follow. We build it once, you reuse it on every deal.

  • Vendors
  • Integrators
05

Associate placement

Independent senior specialists we bring onto named mandates when a client needs a discipline or a language we do not have free at that moment. You keep your independence; we bring the scope and the contract.

  • Independents
  • Named
06

Referral, plainly

Sometimes the right move is to introduce you to a client we cannot serve, or to accept the same from you. No fee structure and no obligation.

  • Both ways
  • No strings
Terms

How we work together

Partnerships usually fail on matters that go unspoken. We prefer to set them out early.

What you can expect from us

The terms we would want to hear ourselves.

  • Client protectionWe do not approach your client directly
  • AttributionNamed in the proposal where the client relationship allows it
  • Straight dealingTerms agreed before the work, not renegotiated after it
  • Real scopeA defined piece of work with its own scope

What we ask of you

The same standard we hold ourselves to.

  • SeniorityThe person we assess is the person who delivers
  • DocumentationDeliverables written to be read by an inspector
  • Honesty on fitTell us when something is outside your depth. It is the point of a network.
  • DiscretionClient details stay between us until there is a reason to share them
Existing alliances

Who we already work with

These are relationships already in place.

A partner law firm

We are engineers, not lawyers, and a large share of the problems we are called into are contractual underneath. Legal advice is provided by the firm under its own engagement; we coordinate and translate between the two sides.

  • PharmaLife science regulation, quality agreements, outsourcing
  • Supply chainSupplier contracts, qualification terms, liability
  • IT & cloudCloud agreements, SLAs, data protection

Microsoft

Membership of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, held as an enabling platform relationship rather than presented as a regulatory credential.

  • BuildAzure, Dynamics 365, Copilot and Power Platform
  • QualifyThe same environment, validated by the people who built it
  • LicensingDeployed inside the tenant you already hold

Consulting partners

Some mandates need more hands than a senior core can provide. Where that is the case we bring in consultancies we have worked with before, on site or remote depending on what the phase needs. Partners are named before they start, work under our engagement, and their output is reviewed by us before it reaches you.

  • On siteSpecialists at the plant, where presence and local regulatory context are part of the work
  • RemoteEuropean capacity in the same time zone, for phases that need additional hands
  • ReviewedEvery partner deliverable reviewed by a Moonet partner before it reaches the client

Tell us what you cover and where you are.

A short note is enough: what you do, where you are, and one engagement you are proud of. If there is a fit we will call you, and if there is not, we will tell you.
